If we have the core in-house, the build process typically takes 2-3 weeks. However, if your wheel includes custom logos, unique add-ons, or specialized modifications, the process may take longer. We strive to complete every build as quickly as possible while ensuring top-quality craftsmanship.

No, you do not need to return your OEM steering wheel. All prices listed on our website already include the cost of the core for each specific make and model.

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but if your parts arrive broken or damaged, please contact us immediately.

If your vehicle is equipped with a heated steering wheel, be sure to select the heated option on the product page to ensure compatibility. 

✔ Compatibility: Available for most vehicles with an OBD II port.

✔ LED Units:

• Our default unit includes LED shift lights + a screen for real-time data display.

• A flat-top LED-only option (without a screen) is also available.

✔ Functions:

• LED shift lights respond to RPM changes.

• The screen displays engine speed, vehicle speed, engine load, and water temperature.

• The unit connects via Bluetooth to the OBD II port.

✔ Installation:

• No extra wiring for data reading is required.

• A multimeter is needed to find the 12V (+) positive and ground (-) negative to power the shift light module.

• European & American vehicles: Wiring is usually found in the steering wheel multifunction plugs.

• Japanese vehicles: May require running an extra ACC wire to the steering wheel clock spring.

✔ Core Only by Default – Your order includes the steering wheel core and any customization you selected only. You will need to transfer all buttons and trims from your existing steering wheel unless you purchased upgraded options.

✔ Trim Upgrades Available – If you opt for upgraded trim, we will provide the fully finished trim as part of your order.

✔ Paddle Shifters – If you opt for upgraded paddle shifters, those will also be in the box.

✔ LED Shift Light Accessories – if purchased - the OBDII module and wiring is included in the box.

For the best results, we strongly recommend having all parts professionally installed at a licensed garage or auto body shop.

That said, we know many enthusiasts prefer to tackle the install themselves—which is completely fine! However, please note that we are not responsible for any damage caused during self-installation. If you choose to DIY, proceed with care to ensure a smooth and successful install.
